Thank you 'Lowe's Toolbox for Education' for the $5,000
Grant and the Greater Lynchburg Community Trust for the
$1,000 Grant in 2011. These funds were used to help
purchase and install a new swing set for Tomahawk
students, the first one for the school.
Thank you teachers, staff, parents and volunteers for your
donations and assisting with fund-raising events to make
this new playground equipment for our students possible.
The Brookville High School Football Team and coaches, as
in past years, volunteered their time to spread mulch and
made the playground and yard look great. As you see
them during the year, give them a big

Our PTO Playground Coordinator, Adam Wright, painted
equipment and organized a group to help dig a drainage
trench in the back playground to help with the flow of
water. THANK YOU Adam and crew!
