PTO MEMBERSHIP
WHO? All parents, guardians, grandparents,
godparents and teachers can join
WHAT? Join the PTO for only $5 per family per year
by filling out this Form and returning to your child’s
teacher.
WHEN? If you join before September 30, you will be
eligible to enter a contest. Member benefits, including
eligibility to vote and hold board/committee positions
are outlined and subject to PTO By-Laws. However,
memberships and additional donations can be made
all year.
WHY? With the PTO and funds from membership
and donations, Tomahawk has an art program,
performing arts show, assistance with school supply
purchases, new playground equipment, hospitality
events for teachers and staff,Breakfast with Santa,
the Art Show and more.
