| The Games Committee is in need of some items for the Carnival! The more items donated the more money made! LET US KNOW! ************* Have a child in preschool, dance, etc. or a business that would be willing to post a Carnival Flier? Contact Promotions HERE and help to spread the word! |

Volunteers are needed for: Set up on Friday Night ~ from 3pm until done Set up on Saturday Morning ~ 7am to 11am Game, Food, Ticket, etc. volunteers during the carnival ~ This year everyone will be scheduled in 2.5 hours shifts! 10:30 to 1pm and 12:30 to 3pm Breakdown/Clean up on Saturday Afternoon ~ 2:30pm until done There will also be a Volunteer Meeting on Thursday, October 1st at 6:30pm, at the school, so everyone will know their games, responsibilities, etc. the day of the carnival! Can you spare and hour or so to help the day of the carnival? Have some time before that Saturday to help? Volunteer forms will be sent home soon or email the volunteer coordinator for more information! |
